💰 Starting Salary: $50,000 + Monthly Bonus Potential ($2,000+ Avg.)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and customer relationships? We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our growing inside sales team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue through lead generation, consultative selling, and account development.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement innovative approaches to generate leads, convert prospects, and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Tailor Solutions: Create and present customized mobility solutions, negotiate offers, and close deals by overcoming objections with active listening and creative thinking.
  • Drive Business Growth: Proactively pursue leads from various channels, uncover client needs, and deliver value-driven proposals.
  • Communicate Effectively: Present complex ideas to diverse audiences through phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Enhance Sales Processes: Support continuous improvement of sales operations and help optimize daily workflows.
  • Manage CRM Data: Maintain accurate customer and prospect records, analyze trends, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales or Customer Service Experience: Prior inside sales or client service experience with a proven ability to hit performance goals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A completed bachelor’s degree is required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
  • Organized & Driven: Strong multitasking skills with a focus on professionalism, time management, and results.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Able to recognize customer challenges and match them with strategic solutions.
  • Full-Time Availability: Reliable attendance and a commitment to meeting business demands.
