Business Development Specialist Apply
About MDG:
MDG is a Professional Services company that offers Staffing and Direct Consulting services in Finance. We’re on a mission to provide the Strongest Finance Professionals and Best Business Partnerships in the market by relentlessly leaning on our principles of Exceptional Customer Service, Exceptional Teams, Exceptional MDG, and Exceptional Operations.
MDG was established after years of seeing employees in the finance and accounting community underdeveloped, underappreciated, and frustrated, and seeing what these professionals COULD DO if they were SERVED correctly. The “Aha!” moment came when its founder realized two issues (Underserved finance professionals and insufficient finance staffing experiences) in the market could be addressed by putting their focus on the one issue. If we made the MDG of our professionals our number ONE priority, we’d end up with much better developed, appreciated, and happier professionals that ultimately would become the foundation upon which we’d be able to bring a much better service to the client.
