Job Description
We’re seeking a high-energy Business Development Supervisor (BDS) to lead outbound sales efforts and drive pipeline growth across diverse industries. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional skilled in outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute 200+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, direct mail, social media) to identify and engage new prospects

Develop and manage cold and follow-up email campaigns to nurture leads

Utilize CRM and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Spotio, Road Warrior, etc.) for prospecting and pipeline development

Qualify leads through effective discovery and schedule 2+ high-quality appointments daily

Maintain accurate CRM records of all outreach activities and lead status

Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve campaign performance

Leverage existing client relationships for referral and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or appointment setting roles

Proven success with high-volume outreach and lead qualification

Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools

Strong phone and written communication skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Industry experience is a plus, but not required
