Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) Agent
Job Summary: Business development representatives are responsible for driving new business by finding potential clients and building relationships with them
Lead Management: Manage all leads coming from Gubagoo, Bolton, and other chat sources. Respond to chat leads promptly, track and update lead status, and follow up to convert leads into appointments and sales.Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead conversion.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or sales is a plus. Previous telemarketers preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the automotive industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and transactions is required
Proficiency in using automotive CRM systems and other chat management tools is a major plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions is a must.
Working Conditions:
This position requires working on-site at the dealership.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs but limited to 40 hours a week with max of 4 days off a week. he Business Development Representative (BDR) Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency within the dealership. This position is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound communication, handling cashier duties, and managing leads to drive appointments and sales.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and proactive in managing various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Communication: Answer all inbound phone calls to the dealership in a professional and timely manner. Address customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and route calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Cashier Duties: Perform all cashier duties for the sales, service, and parts departments. Process payments, handle transactions accurately, and provide receipts to customers. Maintain an organized and secure cash drawer and ensure proper end-of-day reconciliation.
Outbound Communication: Make outbound phone calls from a list provided by management to follow up with customers and set appointments. Provide customers with relevant information, confirm appointments, ensure a positive customer experience and commitment to word tracks.
