Business Execution Project Management LeadThe Business Execution Project Management Lead will support the initiatives across USRB with a primary focus on creating and launching strategic solutions. The Project Manager will develop, establish and maintain a collaborative and productive interaction between technology, third party vendors, lines of business and risk/control partners. He/she will streamline and strengthen key enablers to meet commitments regarding schedule, budget and delivering tangible results.This position has the following responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Drive execution of the assigned projects by defining and actively managing scope and development and management of project plan to ensure on-time project deliveryAdvise and provide direction to organizational leaders on methods to improve capabilitiesDevelop curriculum for a virtual organizationLeverage, promote, and communicate PM best practices across the organizationManage and enable team members to achieve organizational objectivesPrepare, support and help individuals/teams drive organizational changeLiaison with Organizational Program Management OfficePrioritize and juggle multiple deliverablesMonitor development programs and PM tools -- identify areas of improvement and future training needsCore Role Competencies:Organizational Change Management: Adapts quickly to changing conditions.
