As the business scales across products, formats, and learner segments, we are looking for a Business Leader to own and drive end-to-end business growth.Role OverviewThe Business leader will be responsible for revenue growth, business strategy, and execution across all monetisation levers. This role owns the P&L and works closely with the top management, Product, Academic, Marketing, and Tech teams to scale sustainable, profitable growth.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in consumer internet / edtech businesses, understands subscription-led models, and can balance growth with operational discipline.Key Responsibilities1. Business Strategy & P&L OwnershipOwn overall revenue, growth, and profitability across products and channelsDefine short- and long-term business strategy, growth levers, and market expansion plansDrive annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, and budget ownership2. Revenue & GrowthScale core revenue streams (subscriptions, test prep products, bundles, renewals)Identify and launch new monetisation opportunities (pricing, packaging, cohorts, add-ons)Own customer acquisition economics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels)3. Sales & Go-to-MarketLead and scale inside sales / counselling / conversion teams (where applicable)Optimise sales processes, incentives, productivity, and quality metricsPartner with Marketing to align demand generation with conversion outcomes4. Customer Lifecycle & RetentionOwn learner lifecycle from acquisition → activation → retention → upsellDrive improvements in renewal rates, engagement, and learner outcomesUse data and cohort insights to improve product-market fit5. Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with Product & Tech to shape roadmap based on business prioritiesPartner with Academics to align content strategy with learner demand and outcomesBuild strong operating rhythms, reviews, and decision-making frameworks6.
