Manufacturing & Operational ExcellenceLead end-to-end manufacturing operations across plants and ensure achievement of production, quality, and delivery targets.Drive improvements in equipment uptime, productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.Plan capacity expansion, commissioning of new equipment, and manufacturing capability enhancement.3. Supply Chain & LogisticsDevelop an efficient supplier ecosystem and strategic partnerships.Implement demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and pull-based supply systems.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.4.
