Location: Abbott Park, IL Duration: 12 Month 100% Onsite Summary Build and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders, supporting the effective implementation of HR programs and talent processes. Collaborate with HR Practice Centers to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. Work with the division Talent Development organization to deliver development programs, including succession planning and leadership development. Partner with Compensation on annual planning and provide guidance on market competitiveness and internal equity. Support onboarding programs across functions and the division. Coach and advise managers on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters. Guide leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and performance assessments. Support change management initiatives, including communication planning and transition support. Analyze engagement survey results (Your Voice Counts) and partner with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement. Use internal and external HR metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or global organization. Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP). Experience supporting senior global leaders and utilizing HR information systems and data analytics.
