About the Role As a Business Data Scientist, you will develop advanced analytical solutions tailored to the specific industries. You will address a variety of business problems such as pricing strategies, product recommendation engines, demand forecasting, and segmentation methodologies, driving data-driven decision-making and measurable performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand key challenges and translate them into actionable analytical approaches. Design and implement data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Develop and deliver clear, compelling insight reports and presentations tailored to business audiences. Lead project teams, ensuring insights are effectively translated into business value. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and resource allocation. Support commercial activities by contributing to project proposals, defining scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their ability to generate impactful business insights. Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. 5+ years of proven experience developing industry use cases (CPG & Retail ideally). Solid background in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, econometrics, time-series analysis, and causal inference. Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, and relevant BI platforms. Experience with optimization techniques and experiment design (A/B testing) is a strong plus. Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
