Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join the Integration Office (IO), a team focused on creating a unified, reliable data ecosystem across Enterprise Operations. This role will be instrumental in building data pipelines, transforming complex datasets, and delivering actionable insights through Tableau dashboards.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in data querying, transformation, and visualization, with a strong foundation in data governance and the ability to connect disparate systems into a cohesive data model. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract and ingest data from multiple enterprise systems into a centralized data lake
• Identify, assess, and document data sources, including API integrations, direct database access, and file-based ingestion
• Clean, normalize, and standardize data to ensure consistency and usability across systems
• Build and transform tables to enable unified querying and analytics across business functions
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations to communicate KPIs and business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Workplace, Construction, Lease Management) to understand data needs
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, and documentation
• Integrate processed data into cloud-based data lake environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Create and maintain documentation for pipelines, schemas, and transformation logic

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Tableau (data visualization and dashboarding)
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data
• Experience with data extraction from SaaS platforms via APIs
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, transformation, and ETL processes
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
• Experience with tools like Python, Spark, Airflow, or similar

Industry Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering
• Experience working with enterprise-scale data systems and cross-functional datasets
• Exposure to Finance, Real Estate, Workplace Operations, or Enterprise Operations data (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI tools or data-driven automation solutions is a plus
