Key Responsibilities Application Innovation: Design, build, and maintain high-impact business applications that empower reporting, analytics, and strategic decision-making. Data Integration: Develop and manage seamless connections between applications, databases, and external data sources. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business leaders to translate complex needs into functional, high-performing technical solutions. Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing applications and recommend proactive upgrades, new features, and expansions to boost usability. Data Modeling: Create robust data models, queries, and connections to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable business insights. Quality & Security: Ensure all developed solutions strictly adhere to data quality, governance, and security best practices. Troubleshooting & Support: Own the resolution of application or integration issues and support user adoption during testing and deployment. Qualifications What You Bring (Required): Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (equivalent hands-on experience also welcomed). Proven Experience: Track record of designing, developing, and deploying data-driven business applications. Technical Core: Solid experience working with relational databases, data integration technologies, and core BI/reporting concepts. Solution-Minded: A proven ability to translate abstract business requirements into clean technical architecture. Bonus Points For (Preferred): Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Platform , or similar low-code/no-code tools. Experience integrating complex, multi-source data (e.g., SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs). Familiarity with leading BI tools like Power BI or Tableau . Experience supporting enterprise- or department-level applications used for strategic planning.
