You ll design dashboards, support operational processes, and lead strategic analytics projects that directly influence business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Extract, transform, and organize data from various systems into reliable datasets.
- Build accurate, intuitive, and interactive dashboards for business performance insights.
- Conduct data integrity and functionality audits across data sources and reporting tools.
- Support operations teams in enhancing data collection and organization strategies.
- Develop and maintain reporting in platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Proactively propose new dashboards, KPIs, and analytical approaches.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business needs.
- Assist with transitions to new analytical tools and platforms as needed.
- Participate in data-quality cleanup and optimization initiatives.
- Create training documentation and support stakeholders in adopting new processes.
- Continue developing your expertise in analytics tools, methods, and best practices.
- Present analytical findings and improvement opportunities to business partners.
- Conduct root cause analyses and propose scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a quantitative field.
- 3 5 years of experience working with data modeling, analytics, and visualization.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Ability to learn business processes and systems quickly.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly Preferred: Salesforce experience.
- Highly Preferred: Proficiency with Tableau, Domo, or a similar BI tool.
- Preferred: Experience working with Snowflake and dbt.
