Gather project requirements and translate them into scalable, workable technology solutions. Lead Teams: Manage onsite and offshore software development staff (e.g. Data Engineers and Software Developers) to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of applications. Ensure High-Quality Deliverables: Oversee project delivery by ensuring applications comport with specifications and client expectations. Participate in Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to apprise them of project status and resolve issues as they arise. Mentor and Guide Team Members: Provide mentorship and coaching on product/solution strategies to enhance team skills. Project Acquisition: Identify opportunities to provide additional functionalities and prepare proposals to clients. Facilitate Teamwork: Coordinate diverse teams to ensure project resources are working in conformity to meet project objectives. Support Solution Delivery: Participate in delivery of applications to clients. Data Modeling and Integration: Design and implement data models for efficient querying and analysis. Business Intelligence Solution Development: Build, maintain, and deploy BI dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights. Data Pipeline Management: Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform datasets from various sources. Advanced Analytics: Implement AI and data science models for predictive analytics and decision-making. Data Governance and Security: Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance and security protocols. Data Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and maintain the BI data architecture for seamless data flow. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and 2 years of experience. Experience as a Data Architect is acceptable, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof..
