We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support data‑driven decision‑making across our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and turning information into meaningful insights. The role will partner with cross‑functional teams including operations, finance, HR and leadership to support reporting, analysis and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities Support KPI tracking across departments Assist in building and improving data models Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data Translate business questions into data queries and insights Present findings in a clear and concise format The successful candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics (or related field) 0-2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or related field (internships welcome) Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Basic knowledge of SQL preferred Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders WHY SPIROL Competitive Compensation Structure Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching ESOP Pension Pet Insurance Paid time off Employee Referral Bonus Program Education Assistance Program Employee Assistance Program Careers Video Link: SPIROL an equal opportunity employer.
