Role: Business Intelligence Developer Jr Level

Pay Rate: $55/hr on W2
We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with Power BI and strong SQL experience. Additional experience in Python, specifically for ETL processes, software development, and the healthcare industry will be considered a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making processes.
- Work with multiple data sources to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Optimize and improve existing Power BI reports for better performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver effective BI solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Design and implement ETL processes using Python to ensure data is accurately and efficiently loaded into the data warehouse.
- Utilize Python to automate data processing tasks and enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Contribute to software development projects as needed, leveraging your programming skills.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for BI-related issues and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BI and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power BI.
- Minimum of 3 years of strong experience with SQL.
- Experience with Python programming, specifically for ETL processes, is highly desirable.
- Proficient in designing and implementing ETL processes.
- Previous experience in software development is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other BI tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of data visualization best practices.
