Your role is to consolidate, structure, and optimize this data landscape and translate it into powerful dashboards and clear reporting for management and steering committees.You will play a key role in improving existing project data pools and preparing the environment for future growth and scalability.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and maintain dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.Work within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate / Power Apps is a plus).Collect, consolidate, and structure data from: Smartsheet, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Excel.Centralize fragmented project data into one reliable source of truth.Build portfolio and project reporting for management and steering committees.Map current process flows (AS-IS) and define improved future-state processes (TO-BE).Prepare data structures for scalability and future enhancements.Who You Are3–6 years of experience in BI, reporting, or data analysis.Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).Experience working with project or portfolio reporting environments (PMO context is a plus).Skilled in data consolidation and structuring across multiple systems.Analytical, structured, and comfortable engaging with management stakeholders.Able to translate complex data into clear business insights.Nice to HaveExperience with data governance principles.Experience optimizing workflows and reporting processes.Familiarity with project-driven organizations.
