About the Role:We are looking for a BI Specialist to structure, integrate and analyze data across our client entire operation, working closely with Operations, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Compliance, Product and Leadership.This role is responsible for transforming operational and business data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across the organization.The professional will help build the company’s data infrastructure, integrating multiple sources, developing reliable dashboards and establishing key metrics that support data-driven management and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Integrate and structure data from multiple sources across Operations, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Compliance and external platformsBuild and maintain operational and executive dashboards to monitor company performanceDefine and track key KPIs related to acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, risk and operational efficiencyConduct cohort analysis, user segmentation and behavioral analysis across the user journeySupport leadership teams by transforming data into insights, diagnostics and action plansEnsure data quality, consistency and reliability across reports and dashboardsAutomate recurring reports and data processes whenever possiblePresent insights clearly to leaders and global stakeholdersCollaborate with Product and Operations to support prioritization, optimization and impact analysisMaintain documentation of metrics, dashboards and data sourcesRequirements:Experience working in technology-driven companiesStrong experience in business or operational data analysisAdvanced SQL for data extraction and analysisExperience with BI and data visualization toolsKnowledge of data integration from multiple sourcesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working closely with business and operational teamsAdvanced or fluent EnglishAvailability to work onsite in RecifeNice to Have:Experience with GGR, NGR, LTV, churn, retention and campaign ROI metricsExperience with cohort and funnel analysisKnowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager or event trackingExperience with data modeling and pipeline automationExperience in regulated environments or compliance-driven industriesBenefits:Health InsuranceDental Plan (including dependents)Ifood Benefits card (also paid during vacations)Ifood Discount ClubTransportation allowance or fuel assistance optionEyeglasses support (every 6 months)Birthday Day OffNo dress codeOffice snacks, coffee and teaChildcare assistance (for children up to 6 years and 11 months)Funeral assistance extended to immediate family members
