Type: Hybrid (1-2 Days a Week)

Location: Washington DC 20006

Description:

  • Acts as travel coordinator for a division of 150 staff: makes travel arrangements, maintains travel itineraries, processes, and reporting requirements, form management and record keeping, etc.
  • Provide ad hoc program support to program leads, includes administrative and technical support.
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of related experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and E2 Solutions.
  • Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Outstanding clerical, customer service, organization, planning/scheduling, records management skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
