Job Title: Business Management Analyst (Travel Coordinator)
Type: Hybrid (1-2 Days a Week)

Description:
- Acts as travel coordinator for a division of 150 staff: makes travel arrangements, maintains travel itineraries, processes, and reporting requirements, form management and record keeping, etc.
- Provide ad hoc program support to program leads, includes administrative and technical support.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least one year of related experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and E2 Solutions.
- Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Outstanding clerical, customer service, organization, planning/scheduling, records management skills.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
