About the role:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business operations to support the company's strategic objectives. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the healthtech industry. 

Requirements

You will: 

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions and drive operational improvements. 
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across various departments. 
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and management. 
  • Project Support: Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and product development, to support business operations and align on strategic goals. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the healthtech sector. 
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and analysis to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team. 
  • Compliance: Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. 

 

  

You have:  

Education:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 

Experience: 

  •  1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis  
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus  

Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). 
  • Excel experience is required  
  • SQL experience is highly preferred  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. 

Knowledge:  

  • Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable. 

Attributes: 

  • I am eager to learn and grow within the company. 
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. 

Other 

  • Must be available to work Eastern Hours  (9:00-6:00 pm ET)
  • Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts, as well as occasional holidays and overtime shifts 
  • Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods, providing support outside of regular working hours as needed to ensure the timely resolution of critical issues. 

Benefits

Salary - $59,000 - $63,000
