About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business operations to support the company's strategic objectives. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the healthtech industry.
Requirements
You will:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across various departments.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and management.
- Project Support: Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and product development, to support business operations and align on strategic goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the healthtech sector.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and analysis to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Compliance: Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
You have:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excel experience is required
- SQL experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable.

Other
- Must be available to work Eastern Hours (9:00-6:00 pm ET)
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts, as well as occasional holidays and overtime shifts
- Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods, providing support outside of regular working hours as needed to ensure the timely resolution of critical issues.

Salary - $59,000 - $63,000
