Business Operations Manager Apply
The business runs through you. Every system, every deadline, every gap in execution — that's your domain. At The Wealthy Practitioner, we help health and wellness practitioners build real companies. Our ability to serve them at scale depends entirely on how well this business is run behind the scenes. That's where you come in. This role exists to own the infrastructure that keeps everything moving — the systems, the accountability, the operational clarity that lets every person on this team do their best work. You don't wait for problems to surface. You see them coming and you build the systems that make them irrelevant. IF YOU WORKED HERE LAST WEEK A vendor fell behind on a deliverable that would have delayed a launch. You caught it four days early, escalated to leadership with three options and a recommendation, and the launch wasn't affected. You audited ClickUp, noticed 40% of tasks had no due date and no assignee, and fixed it — then built a one-page standard and posted a Loom walking the team through it. It won't be a problem again. You spotted a pattern in team bottlenecks that kept surfacing at L10s. You traced it back to a handoff gap between two departments, brought a root-cause analysis and a proposed fix to leadership before they had to ask. The pattern stopped. You used AI to build a clean SOP for a process that three people had been doing three different ways. One version. Documented. Enforced. A team member came to you unsure how to handle a situation with a vendor. You didn't take it over — you gave them a framework, sent them back to own it, and checked in 24 hours later. Done. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Design, build, and improve operating systems and SOPs across all departments — from scratch if needed Own ClickUp: structure, hygiene, team adoption, and accountability Run weekly team meetings, manage the operating calendar, and ensure every decision has an owner and a deadline Identify operational bottlenecks and fix them before they surface as emergencies Track KPIs and bring clear, data-driven insights to leadership every week Coordinate cross-functional launches so every department is aligned and on deadline Manage vendors, contractors, and onboarding workflows Partner with the Director of Operations on hiring, culture, and quarterly planning WHO YOU ARE 3–5+ years in operations or business management — ideally in an online business or fast-scaling startup You've built systems from scratch before, not just maintained what already existed AI-fluent — you use AI daily to write SOPs, build automations, summarize meetings, draft communications, and move faster than anyone around you You manage up — you push back when something is unclear, you bring solutions not problems, and you don't just say yes Proficient in ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier or Make Familiar with EOS or similar operating frameworks is a strong plus You live the values: excellence, ownership, optimism, and an obsession with winning COMPENSATION $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
