We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime. We are looking for a contract, mid-level Business Operations Project Manager on the D&D Franchise Operations team for 5 months. This role will provide support across our D&D team, coordinating communication and decision making, driving strategic projects forward, and stepping in on emergent issues when needed. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week (Tues‑Thurs) in our Renton, WA office. What You’ll Do: Oversee the franchise rhythm of business: set agendas, prepare presenters and materials, capture decisions, track follow‑ups, and drive clarity across weekly leadership meetings, town halls, and all‑hands. Run active projects including a retail marketing initiative, Square POS integration, and team development investments — owning timelines, stakeholder coordination, dependencies, and status reporting. Support ongoing projects in partnership with tax, finance, and IT as needed. Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across product, marketing, finance, and HR, ensuring owners are aligned and decisions don’t get stuck. Triage incoming asks: route, delegate, defer, or raise as appropriate. Support board meeting prep, goal tracking, event coordination, and headcount planning. What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in games, entertainment, or consumer products. Strong cross‑functional coordination skills and comfort running multiple concurrent workstreams. Clear communicator who can distill complexity into streamlined updates and action items. Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar). Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast‑moving environment. Additional Details: Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract) Location: Hybrid (Renton, WA) Duration: 5 months Compensation Range, Currency USD: Starting Pay Range: $50/hour Pay Range End: $65/hour In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role.
