Business Process AnalystJohnsonville, LLC, a strong, high-growth company, has an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to join us as a Business Process Analyst on the Strategy and Execution team. This role is responsible for driving process excellence and supporting strategic initiatives by working closely with program managers, stakeholders, and technical teams. The emphasis is on documenting, analyzing, and designing processes that enable successful project execution and strategic outcomes.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business end to end processFacilitate workshops sessions to gather requirements and document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows utilizing tools like Visio, etc.Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support clarity and alignmentAnalyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies and opportunities for improvementPartner with project and program managers to support planning, execution, and delivery of key initiativesPrioritize future state changes and improvementsMonitor and evaluate the impact of suggested changesDevelop and maintain KPIs to track process performance and project outcomesMaintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance standardsLead the development and maintenance of process documentation and SOP's that support the execution processEducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience requiredExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment, preferredLean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement training, certifications like CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plusProven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques requiredSkillsExcellent communication, facilitation and organizational skillsCapability to lead multiple projects in parallelAbility to think strategically and align plans to company strategy and prioritiesDemonstrated record of strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to visualize complex workflows and translate processes into plain languageAbility to build relationships and influence othersOther RequirementsTravel: Not a ton, less than 10% of your timeBenefits and CompensationMembers have potential for a monthly bonus and 401k with a company match.
