Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Duration: 13 Months
Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • You will partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Additionally, you will participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Management is required.
  • Beginner proficiency in Agile Project Management, Pharmacy Benefits Management, and Agile Product Management is recommended, along with intermediate proficiency in Drools Rules Engine.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation to support implementation efforts.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of new technologies.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices in business process management.
Must-have skills and years of experience:
  • Drools rule engine
  • Agile Product management

  • PBM
