Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $83,400 Opportunity for performance-based incentives Generous time off, including personal and volunteering days Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Flexible remote work options Charitable contribution match programs and stock purchase opportunities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating, tracking, and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders Demonstrate successful follow-through on deliverables while managing multiple projects simultaneously Utilize agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic to streamline processes What is Required (Qualifications): 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis Demonstrated experience in successful project management and follow-through Proficiency in agency management systems, especially Applied Epic How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams Familiarity with process improvement methodologies Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment Interest in continuous learning and professional development We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
