Employer Industry: Insurance Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $83,400 Generous time off, including personal and volunteering Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Remote work flexibility Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating, tracking, and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams Monitor and report on deliverables to ensure successful follow-through What is Required (Qualifications): 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated successful follow-through on deliverables Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship Experience working with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
