We are hiring Business Process ManagerRole SummaryThe Business Process Manager is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and controlling end-to-end business processes within the fuel retail organization to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, standardization, control, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the Company’s business strategy and digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Design & StandardizationConduct end-to-end business process mapping (core & support processes), covering:Fuel & non-fuel retail operationsFuel supply chain & logisticsMaintenance & asset managementFinance, procurement, HR, IT, and marketingDevelop and update SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), flowcharts, and RACI matricesDefine process standards, internal controls, and key control pointsEnsure alignment with Company policies, Delegation of Authority (DoA), and organizational structureBusiness Process Improvement (BPI)Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and process wasteLead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)Conduct as-is vs. to-be process analysis and assess business impactMonitor post-implementation process effectivenessManage change management initiativesGovernance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure compliance with regulations related to gas station operations, HSSE/K3, and financeIntegrate internal controls into business processesSupport internal & external auditsManage process risk registerSystem Integration & DigitalizationCollaborate with IT to translate business processes into systems (ERP, POS, CRM, HRIS)Ensure alignment between processes and company systemsDevelop business requirements and user acceptance criteriaSupport digitalization and automation initiativesSocialization, Implementation & MonitoringCommunicate SOPs and process updates across all unitsProvide training and implementation supportMonitor process compliance at Head Office and site levelPrepare business process performance reports for ManagementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fieldMinimum 5–7 years of experience in Business Process Management / Continuous ImprovementExperience in retail, fuel retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations is preferredStrong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / process improvement methodologiesStrong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with ERP and enterprise systems
