Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Business Process Reengineering III to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Camp Springs, MD. This is a REMOTE position with occasional travel to Camp Springs, MD.

Position Title: Business Process Reengineering III

Position Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Camp Springs, MD


Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Provide recommendations and lead implementation of commercial and open-source ICAM products. 
  • Support the implementation of a Risk Management Plan and maintain a risk registry according to federal standards.
  • Establish robust governance and stakeholder engagement processes to manage ICAM programs and coordinate with stakeholders on the upcoming release of new ICAM products and services.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support clear understanding of federally mandated ICAM policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and systems by all stakeholders.
  • Support the advancement of cybersecurity posture through the development and implementation of a cyber hygiene methodology and governance framework.
  • Monitor and ensuring fulfillment of performance standards and support reporting. 


Required Years of Experience (min):       

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience preferred. 


Required Degree/Certifications:           

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

                                 

Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas:

  • In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and security, DevSecOps development standards, and understanding of the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of current commercial and open-source ICAM products to recommend, lead implementation, and implement accepted product change.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 


Required Clearance:

  • Security/Background Investigation


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: TBD

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
