What You’ll Do Drive adoption and optimization of Sales processes and systems Maintain & enhance ETI processes, Customer Master data, and services workflows (Returns, Recycling, VAS, etc.) Consolidate business needs and translate them into clear process & system requirements Contribute to design & delivery of new solutions as part of an Agile Product Team (EBP/SAP) Document existing processes and propose structured improvements Support global change initiatives and the rollout of Sales tools Test new developments to ensure high‑quality system releases Train, support, and guide Sales teams, SSC/VC teams, and frontline users Provide insights to strengthen global strategies, platforms, and continuous improvement efforts Competencies We’re Looking For Strong ability to design, document, and optimize business processes Experience creating and maintaining clear, structured process documentation Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise communication Skilled in coordinating process communication to Sales teams Understanding of internal controls, compliance, and best practices Ability to balance effective processes with safe and sound sales practices Strong knowledge of the total Coromant offering, including Services Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across global teams Strong multi‑tasking skills and comfort working under pressure General IT understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office High‑level presentation skills across multiple mediums Experience with SAP and related business systems Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust at all levels What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within Sales & Marketing Solid understanding of Commercial or Business Operations Experience working in international environments A track record of continuous improvement and leading change Ability to build strong internal and external relationships What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package including health, dental, disability, and 401(k).
