Business Relationship Manager It Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager / Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between business units and IT! In this position, you will drive project delivery, coordinate Agile activities, and ensure business needs translate seamlessly into technical solutions.

Location: Dauphin County (Harrisburg, PA area)

Work Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid initially (Must be local to Harrisburg, PA)

Interview Process: Remote or In-Person

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the main liaison between business partners and IT teams to manage priorities and expectations.
• Project Coordination: Track milestones, manage project deliverables, monitor risks/issues, and support governance routines.
• Agile & SDLC Support: Facilitate backlog refinement, develop user stories, and manage sprint coordination.
• Requirements & Testing: Gather business/technical requirements, map workflows, and support UAT activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years: Agile Frameworks & SDLC Processes
• 5+ Years: Business & Technical Requirements Gathering
• 5+ Years: Stakeholder Alignment (Business & IT)
• 3+ Years: Azure DevOps (or similar work management tools)
• 3+ Years: Project Coordination, Risk/Issue Management & Deliverable Tracking
• 3+ Years: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Backlog Refinement
