Job Description Location: Spruce Pine As a part of the Business Services Team, the Business Service Representative- AP Lead role will empower you to optimize financial transactions and systems, strengthening and growing relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process, and exercising integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and complying with national and local financial regulations. Your Impact in This Role Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment. Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry. Follow-up and resolve issues that prevent invoices from being paid timely. Assist senior financial officers as needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and partner information. Support special projects. GRIR maintenance. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Finance or related field Must have experience working in an ERP, preferably SAP experience. SAP implementation experience a plus. 3 or more years relevant finance experience with a background in manufacturing. Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.
