TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Work Year: 262 Days (prorated to start date). Hours Per Day: 8. Salary Placement: Commensurate with experience. Participates in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) pension fund. Eligible for medical/dental insurance, paid holidays and time off benefits. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Five years' experience in accounting, preferably Fund Accounting. Payroll background preferred. Benefits & Compensation: Anticipated salary range: $65,000–$80,000 annually. Final offer based on verified experience, education, and internal equity. Exceptional qualifications may warrant an offer above $80,000 with additional approvals. Comprehensive Insurance Coverage – Medical, dental, life (2x salary), accident, and long-term disability insurance, with the district covering 96% of premiums for eligible staff.
