Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AMI Communication and AMI Metering. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of business solutions that leverage AMI Communication and AMI Metering technologies.Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture design and implementation processes.Ensure that solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of system performance and make recommendations for improvements.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and objectives.Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance business processes.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for technology and business solutions.Ensure that all solutions align with the companys overall mission and goals.QualificationsMust have extensive experience in AMI Communication and AMI Metering.Should have a strong background in system integration and architecture design.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus.Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Should be familiar with industry standards and regulations.Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.Should have experience with project management methodologies.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Should have a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
