Schedule and facilitate refinement meetings, demos, and status check-ins with transparency and follow-through. Proactively identify risks, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance & Testing: Translate requirements into test cases and test plans, including edge cases and real-world scenarios. Execute manual testing to validate features, bug fixes, and performance against business needs. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers and stakeholders. Track, log, and retest defects and enhancements using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Requirements: 3–7 years of blended experience in business analysis, software testing, and project coordination. Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience managing timelines and expectations for software-related projects, especially in a cross-functional environment. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models.
