Business Strategy - Intern Business Strategy & Analytics 2026 Ravens Under Armour Performance Center, 1 Winning Drive, Owings Mills, Maryland, United States of America Job Description Posted Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 5:00 AM Baltimore Ravens Business Strategy & Analytics Intern 2026 Dept: Business Strategy & Analytics Position Reports To: Business Data Analyst This is a full-time, paid internship. Internship runs for 12 months with a flexible start date on or around May 11 th , 2026. General Description The Business Strategy & Analytics Intern will report directly to the Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics and will support all members of the Ravens Business Strategy & Analytics team. The BSA team’s mission is to use data to inform and empower the organization to make more structured decisions to benefit our fans and community. Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to analyzing datasets, collecting quantitative and qualitative data, building and executing strategic projects, supporting research and storytelling. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and guide strategic business decisions. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as media, marketing, sponsorship, ticketing, PR & community relations, as needed. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify areas for revenue growth. Development, automation, and maintenance of key reports, visualizations and analysis to be utilized in the daily management of the business. Identify operational pain points and opportunities across the business cycle. Build presentation decks to share with internal customers and key stakeholders. Support the execution of surveys and other fan-facing initiatives. Intern will be expected to work full-time Monday through Friday (a minimum of 40 hours). Intern will be required to work on Baltimore Raven’s gamedays. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, data science, computer science, business, mathematics or related and appropriate field. Must have graduated from a 4-year degree institution by the start date of internship. If currently enrolled in a graduate program, must be able to work 40-hour work week. Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools. Requisite Abilities and/or Skills Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Proficiency in SQL required. Proficiency in other analytical coding languages such as Python and/or R, preferred. Understanding of cloud data warehousing, a plus (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to think analytically and creatively while being highly organized, detail oriented. Ability to share technical methods and finding to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization. Strong initiative & willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. High proficiency in verbal and written communications. Punctu ality, accountability and a professional approach in all interactions. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays & special events, as necessary. Responsible for providing own housing in the Owings Mills/Baltimore area and reliable transportation. Position is based out of the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, MD. Occasional travel required to M&T Bank Stadium and other locations.
