We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in Education and Academia sectors, particularly in functional and technical areas, to support professional services engagements for clients like LFCISD. This position is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role in Strategic Planning Services, with the potential to convert to a full-time employed W-2 position. Job Overview Provide consulting services in Education Professional Development as a Business Strategy Advisor, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Los Fresnos CISD and the broader Southwest Region. Responsibilities and Duties Facilitate comprehensive Strategic Planning Services engagements, offering expertise in organizational strategy, change management, and strategic initiative management. Develop actionable, measurable plans aligning instructional improvement strategies with district goals. Advise educational institutions on business and operational strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve strategic goals. The location is in Los Fresnos, TX, at 32703 State Highway 100. Qualifications Experience in business advisory, strategic consulting, or educational leadership with a focus on operational improvement. Strategic insight, results-oriented thinking, and organizational advisory skills. Ability to integrate operational business strategies with instructional and academic priorities. Ancillary Details Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance, with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or full TS/SCI clearance. Proficiency in project management tools, leadership, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills are required.
