What you will do: Category Management Support Assist in analyzing category performance using business metrics (e.g., sales, orders, market share). Support documentation of portfolio needs and strategic priorities. Help identify opportunities for portfolio simplification, optimization, or enhancement. Modular Data Center (MDC) Support Contribute to research on trends related to prefabricated and modular data center solutions. Gather insights on customer requirements such as deployment speed, sustainability expectations, and scalability needs. Assist in summarizing business intelligence related to the growth of MDC solutions. Market & Competitive Research Conduct research on competitors, market trends, emerging technologies, and regional developments. Summarize insights into comparison matrices, briefs, or internal reports. Monitor evolving customer and industry needs across digital infrastructure sectors. Business & Operational Analysis Support cross-functional data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews and strategic discussions. Help consolidate inputs from marketing, engineering, strategy, and commercial teams. Sales & Commercial Enablement Prepare internal content such as one-pagers, category snapshots, or market overview summaries. Assist with reviewing regional business insights to support commercial teams. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 – $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs. The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment. Curiosity, strong initiative, and willingness to learn. Preferred (not required) Interest in data centers, digital infrastructure, sustainability, or technology strategy. Experience with research, analytics, or organizational projects.
