The Business Support Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless back-office operations across the organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who can manage a variety of responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, and support multiple departments. Reporting to senior leadership, the Business Support Manager provides essential administrative, operational, and strategic support to enhance the productivity of teams, improve processes, and support business goals.

Duties
- Operational Support: Streamline administrative functions, manage day-to-day office operations, and coordinate resources to support teams in achieving their objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments such as Finance, HR, and IT to facilitate cross-functional projects, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and reduce inefficiencies to enhance productivity and support business growth.
- Project Management: Oversee and support various projects, from planning through execution, ensuring they align with organizational goals, deadlines, and budgets.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchasing activities to support cost-effective business operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data to assist in business decision-making, identifying trends, and generating insights for improvement.
- Executive Support: Provide support to senior leadership in scheduling, meeting preparation, presentation development, and other administrative tasks to ensure effective time management and focus on strategic initiatives.
- Document & Compliance Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of critical business documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Team Support & Training: Assist with onboarding, training, and continuous support for team members, fostering a collaborative work environment and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of supporting multiple functions and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Analytical skills with experience in data reporting and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
