Business Systems Analyst (ERP & Integrations)Location: Glassboro, NJ (100% onsite)Employment Type: Contract-to-HireOverviewOur client is seeking a hands-on, technofunctional Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance their core business applications, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its integrated platforms. This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to strengthen ERP ownership, improve cross-functional workflows, and ensure data integrity across Finance, Operations, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics.Our client recently completed a migration from legacy ERP systems to Business Central. While the transition is live, several business processes require stabilization and refinement. This role is ideal for a strong root-cause problem solver who can independently investigate issues, identify breakdowns, and implement sustainable solutions—not simply escalate tickets.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary support contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralTroubleshoot ERP and integration issues across connected systems (e.g., finance automation, EDI, transportation/logistics platforms)Perform deep root-cause analysis to resolve system, workflow, and data integrity issuesPartner with cross-functional departments to evaluate and optimize business processesSupport and monitor system integrations, APIs, and data flows between platformsLiaise with ERP vendors and third-party providers; open, manage, and escalate tickets as neededDevelop documentation, job aids, and training materials to improve user adoptionParticipate in daily check-ins and scrum meetings to review priorities and issue statusOperate independently while escalating appropriately when necessaryQualifications3+ years of experience in an IT support or Business Systems Analyst role supporting an ERP systemDemonstrated strength in analytical thinking and root-cause problem solvingWorking knowledge of cloud-based SaaS environments, integrations, APIs, and data workflowsStrong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferredExperience with comparable enterprise ERP systems such as Navision (NAV), SAP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or similar platforms will be consideredHigh attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and system integrityStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWork Environment100% onsiteOccasional flexibility may be available, but this role requires consistent onsite presence to observe production processes and collaborate directly with business teamsWorks alongside a small internal team and external ERP vendor partnersLong-Term OpportunityThis is a long-term role with strong growth potential.
