Job DescriptionThe Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business partners, technology teams, and external vendors to understand business requirements, conduct detailed analysis, and support technical solution delivery. The role involves analyzing payment transaction data, preparing documentation, defining requirements, supporting testing, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions within the bank systems. Mandatory RequirementsExperience with payment applications including US-Wire, SWIFT, FED, and ISO20022 standards.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.Ability to analyze payment transactions to prevent data leakage.Experience creating data mapping, technical requirements, and testing.Ability to document business requirements, functional requirements, and workflows.Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and vendors.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Knowledge of project methodologies (SDLC, Agile).Ability to produce user documentation and support implementation/testing activities. Skills RequiredStrong experience with payment application wires processing (SWIFT and FED) and ISO20022 standards.Strong data analytics skills including SQL.Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Jaspersoft, Tableau) is beneficial.Self-starter with strong interpersonal and customer-service-oriented skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to create and maintain detailed functional and technical systems documentation.Strong negotiation skills for balancing customer and project needs.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities; recommend system enhancements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
