Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets or Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SQL, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with customers to gather requirements, document processes, and execute tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Analyze business processes related to Capital Markets or Wealth Management and recommend improvements or optimizations.
• Write, test, and run SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Ensure that business requirements are met through effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Assist in the execution and validation of test cases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of business solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems and applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, with a focus on Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
• Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and system specifications.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, trading, and wealth management products is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with database management and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements within Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
