We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology Division. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting current business processes and requirements. You will identify business needs and areas for improvement in existing systems or help align new technology solutions with business needs, ensuring they comply with enterprise architecture standards. Strong writing and documentation skills are essential for this role, with fluency required in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business challenges, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate process design sessions with business partners and team members.
• Assist in the development of business cases with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Design business processes and software requirements, including functionality, rules, UI screens, and reports, and support the creation of effective business solutions.
• Ensure all stakeholders, including vendors, understand and accept the documented requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of combined technical and business analysis experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and technical expertise levels.
• Experience with various requirement elicitation techniques, including interviews, workshops, brainstorming, storyboards, use cases, and prototyping.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Project Planning, and Functional Design.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
