The role involves analyzing payment transaction data, preparing documentation, defining requirements, supporting testing, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions within the bank systems. Mandatory RequirementsExperience with payment applications including US-Wire, SWIFT, FED, and ISO20022 standards.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.Ability to analyze payment transactions to prevent data leakage.Experience creating data mapping, technical requirements, and testing.Ability to document business requirements, functional requirements, and workflows.Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and vendors.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Knowledge of project methodologies (SDLC, Agile).Ability to produce user documentation and support implementation/testing activities. Skills RequiredStrong experience with payment application wires processing (SWIFT and FED) and ISO20022 standards.Strong data analytics skills including SQL.Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Jaspersoft, Tableau) is beneficial.Self-starter with strong interpersonal and customer-service-oriented skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to create and maintain detailed functional and technical systems documentation.Strong negotiation skills for balancing customer and project needs.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities; recommend system enhancements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand new business requirements, conduct business analysis, prepare data mapping, technical requirements, and perform application testing.Analyze payment transactional data and provide recommendations to prevent business/technical data leakage across bank systems.Develop in-depth knowledge of applications and their interdependencies; understand architecture, payment flows, and optimal configurations. Analyze and manipulate large data sets, and identify process improvement opportunities.Demonstrate leadership by collaborating with business and technology teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions. Document and interpret complex user requirements.Lead discussions with business partners, technology teams, and vendors to define business and technical requirements at the program level.Review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements, process flows, and data models; contribute to project plans, timelines, deliverables, scope, and controls.Develop use cases, user procedures, and workflows; document how each user group interacts with system functions.Identify and solve issues affecting business or customer experience; ensure Business Recovery Plans are in place.Integrate technical solutions with the business environment, ensuring alignment with systems design and data dependencies.Establish appropriate security levels for processes, information exchange, and system implementations.Define, review, and influence quality standards and metrics.Assist with conversion and implementation strategies, conduct pre/post implementation reviews, and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Support system implementation and readiness.Review test plans and test cases; assist with testing; provide user documentation, training, and post-implementation support.Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring timely communication of project status, issues, and escalations.
