Business Systems Analyst - Insurance Manchester - £45,000 + 15% bonus Hybrid A growing operations & change team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of system enhancements & change projects. This role will sit at the heart of service operations, ensuring critical insurance platforms are efficient, reliable & customer-focused. This role intends to fast track a candidate through the insurance operations industry into a customer centric highly transformative environment. You'll work across business & IT, analysing requirements, testing new solutions, & making sure core systems run smoothly for customers & colleagues. This is a hands-on role where your ideas & problem-solving will directly improve how the business operates. What you'll do Partner with operations & underwriting teams to gather & document system requirements Support system change projects through analysis, testing & issue resolution Troubleshoot system issues & provide first-line support Document processes, risks, changes & user guidance Contribute to continuous improvement & operational change initiatives What you'll need Insurance experience (underwriting, broking, claims or change - essential) 1-3 years in a business systems, analyst or change role Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Clear communicator, able to work with both business users & technical teams Familiarity with insurance platforms (Acturis, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Open GI etc.) desirable Why this role?
