As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Governance and Portfolio Management team supporting strategic portfolio initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Atlanta, Georgia What's the Job? Perform analysis, design, and support of the ServiceNow SPM application to ensure optimal performance and usability. Assess and manage data within dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Support the configuration and maintenance of SPM dashboards, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SPM platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. What's Needed? Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar support role within a technology environment. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, especially ServiceNow SPM modules. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and dashboard management. Experience with data migration, especially moving data from Excel to other platforms with accuracy. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. What's in it for me?
