We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Business Systems Intern to support data entry and help us evaluate and improve our internal processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of information in our systems and identifying inefficiencies that can be improved through better workflows or technical enhancements.

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into ERP and other internal systems.
- Analyze customer order details to recommend the most efficient service configuration.
- Review operational processes for inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundant steps.
- Collaborate with teams in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT to gather insights and propose workflow improvements.
- Assist with database maintenance and support internal audits of data accuracy.
Technical Contributions:
- Participate in evaluating our in-house ERP system, identifying usability issues, gaps, or inefficiencies from a user perspective.
- Provide feedback to the IT/development team to help shape future system features or updates.
- Support light technical tasks, such as:
- Testing and debugging ERP features
- Creating simple reports or queries
- Contributing to product and process documentation
- Researching comparable tools, platforms, or process models
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable working with data entry and process documentation
- Interest in business systems, ERP platforms, and process optimization
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or low-code apps is a plus—but not required
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas for improvement
