Dallas | Hybrid Business Tort Litigation Associate Attorney AmLaw 50 Opportunity Compensation $260,000 – $435,000+ A premier global law firm is seeking a Business Tort Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing sophisticated corporate clients in high-stakes business tort and complex commercial litigation matters. Ideal Background 4–6 years of business tort, commercial litigation, or complex business litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm Experience handling business tort claims, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, trade secret disputes, contract disputes, and other complex commercial litigation matters Experience managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related filings Deposition, hearing, and trial experience is preferred Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while assuming significant responsibility Desire for substantial client interaction and hands‑on litigation experience Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Sophisticated global business litigation platform Exposure to high-stakes business tort and complex commercial disputes Significant client interaction and responsibility Opportunity for hands‑on deposition, hearing, and trial experience Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative AmLaw 50 environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
