We are partnered with a world renowed, full service CDMO on their hunt for a new Business Unit Head for their API division, overseeing 1,500+ people. The successful individual will act as a key leader inside the organisation as it pursues its goals for 2026 and beyond.Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the API business unit on a global scale to set future direction as well as operational leadership at high level Act as the face of the organisation and represent the business to clients and high level stakeholdersWork with the executive leadership team around the world to deliver company wide goals and objectivesRequirements:Proven leadership experience at a small molecule CDMO overseeing global teams Ability to travel regularly to different sites and work cross functionally with local leaders Previous P&L responsibility overseeing budgets for operations and manufacturing
