Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Butcher experienced in large-scale meat processing operations (e.g., Tyson Foods, JBS, Smithfield). This is not a retail/grocery butcher role - the position focuses on industrial meat processing, supervising production teams, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and portion meats per industrial specifications

• Supervise, train, and support butchering staff

• Operate and maintain industrial processing equipment

• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs

• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards

• Inspect products for freshness and compliance

• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (formal meat processing training preferred)

• Prior experience in large-scale meat processing facilities (Tyson, Smithfield, JBS, etc.)

• Proven supervisory experience in meat production

• Strong knife-handling, safety, and quality assurance skills

• Physically fit to lift heavy products and stand for long periods

• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required
