Butler Honda (GA) - Automotive Parts Counter (Experienced Parts Sales Welcome)

Own the counter. High-volume Honda store seeks a driven Parts Counter pro to serve retail, wholesale, and internal customers with speed, accuracy, and great communication.

• Greet, identify needs, and sell the right parts over the counter, to the shop, and by phone

• Quote prices, upsell companion parts/specials, review body shop estimates for accuracy

• Pull/fill orders, locate out-of-stock items, manage will-call/backorders, and set daily shipments/pickups

• Keep invoices/ROs and special-order files tight; process payments/credits correctly

• Replenish and organize stock daily; maintain clean, efficient front/back counters

• Support outside sales calls; track lost sales and report trends

• Parts sales experience required (dealership or independent)

• Solid EPC/DMS lookups, retail math, and phone etiquette

• Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast lane environment

• Able to lift/move parts boxes as needed; valid driver's license
