Summary: Provide operational support for inventory and purchasing activities within the retail pharma supply chain.Help maintain proper stock levels and monitor ongoing logistics and supply status.Collaborate on demand forecasting and manage materials planning processes.Engage with external manufacturing partners and suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time arrivals.Update and oversee the shipment calendar and inbound delivery timelines.Contribute to cost discussions and vendor agreements as needed.Maintain internal process documentation and keep SOPs current.Compile and distribute supply chain reports on a regular basis (daily to monthly).Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, food and bev, or other FDA environment as a buyer / purchasing Bachelors degree preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience working with an ERP system
